Mr. Kramer formerly served as a prosecutor with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office from 1995 through 2003. He was assigned to the Municipal Court Unit, Juvenile Court Unit, and Major Trials Unit, where he prosecuted robbery, aggravated assault, carjacking, and large-scale gun and drug cases. Mr. Kramer has earned an excellent reputation among the courts, prosecutors and defense bar for being a hard-working, highly knowledgeable expert in his field.
