Max G. Kramer, Esq.


Max Kramer has his roots in Philadelphia.  He was raised in the Roxborough Section of Philadelphia and went on to live in the neighborhoods of Old City and Fairmount.  Mr. Kramer graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 1990, and he earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1993.  While in law school, Mr. Kramer worked as an intern for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, and soon after completing his legal studies, he was hired by the Philadelphia DA’s Office to serve as a prosecutor.  During his nine-year tenure there (from 1995-2003), Mr. Kramer served with distinction, honing his trial skills while prosecuting thousands of adult and juvenile cases of all natures – attempted murder, aggravated assault, robbery, carjacking, illegal weapon possession, large-scale narcotics cases and complex fraud matters.

In 2003, Mr. Kramer went into private practice to establish the Law Office of Max G. Kramer, LLC. He has made it a point to offer a highly personalized and aggressive defense for each and every client on all state and federal criminal matters. All clients and their families are treated with the utmost respect and offered full access to Mr. Kramer by telephone or in-person at his office.  Mr. Kramer prides himself on his thorough preparation and legal analysis of every case. He reviews monthly updates on changes in PA and federal law so that he can best defend his clients on any legal issue involved.

As a member of the PA and federal bar, Mr. Kramer has handled thousands of criminal cases over the past twenty years.  The combination of his competitive spirit, preparation and solid trial skills has enabled him to achieve numerous acquittals and dismissals of criminal charges for his ever-growing list of clients.
